SOF Connect AD is the licensed airport operator of the biggest international airport in the Republic of Bulgaria.
As of 19 April 2021, SOF Connect has taken over the management of Sofia Airport for the next 35 years. The main shareholder in the company is Meridiam, which owns 100% of the capital. Munich Airport is the Airport Operator, which will provide all its knowledge, expertise, and best practices for Sofia Airport`s transformation.
