SOF Connect is the operator of Vasil Levski Sofia Airport – the largest international airport in Bulgaria and with strategic role for the economic development of the country. From 2021, SOF Connect is the concessionaire of Sofia’s airport for period of 35 years. The global infrastructure fund Meridiam owns 100% of the capital of SOF Connect. During the concession, the company will invest EUR 624 million for the development and modernization of the capital’s airport and building Terminal 3.
