Dear AmCham Members,

On October 29th, 2026, AmCham Bulgaria will organize a conference with title “The Rule of Law in Bulgaria: Challenges for the Business and Institutions”, bringing together representatives of the business community, public institutions, the judiciary, academia, and civil society.

We invite you to save the date for this conference, which will focus on the business perspective on the rule of law and the challenges to the effective functioning of the legal and judicial systems. Three panel discussions will address access to justice, digitization and artificial intelligence in the justice system, as well as specialization within the judicial system. Invited participants and speakers will include representatives from government institutions, the judiciary, the business community, and civil society, with the aim of discussing specific challenges and possible solutions for a more effective and predictable legal environment in Bulgaria.
